Worked out for me
August 23, 2015Nice building and always kept clean. Apartment recently had some updates done so now the kitchen and bathroom have tile floors and new cabinets (that's a plus). However, the windows are either original or quite old, made of wood and has gaps that I put putty in to keep bugs out and try and keep heat in during the winter. I always get hot water in the shower which is great but it takes longer in the kitchen sink and the water pressure in the kitchen sink is pretty light.
