About Country Apartments

Country Apartments is a beautifully landscaped, gated community that offers 1 to 2 bedroom apartments. These charming units come equipped with several amenities such as hardwood floors, carpeting, heat, ceiling fans, patios/balconies, and more. The property features onsite laundry, parking, and a large pool where you can reset and refresh on those warm San Diego days. Our Chula Vista location provides convenient access to the I-5 freeway, and we are only 15-20 minutes away from the beaches of the Silver Strand, Imperial Beach and Coronado Cays. We are also located just minutes to Chula Vista Marina and the exciting, soon to be Sweetwater Park and Harbor Park that will be San Diego’s newest bay front recreational development totaling 46 acres. Biking, walking and picnics along the San Diego Bay front will soon be a reality in 2023 to include water recreational activities – All part of the new bay front convention center planned just minutes from our doorstep. This place is horrible. Constant bug problem with how dirty some of the tenants are. VERY YOUNG kids running around all day unsupervised (even at the pool) jumping on cars, jumping in the dumpsters, getting into fights. Like seriously where are your parents. Drama ON A DAILY from our neighbor where there was constant screaming and fighting and slamming. And not to mention how HOT our unit got. NO air flow at all. No AC. and it’s carpeted nearly everywhere. Not an enjoyable place to live. Staff is ...
