VERY YOUNG kids running around all day unsupervised (even at the pool) jumping on cars, jumping in the dumpsters, getting into fights. Like seriously where are your parents. Drama ON A DAILY from our neighbor where there was constant screaming and fighting and slamming. And not to mention how HOT our unit got. NO air flow at all.
