horrible... just horrible...
August 8, 2015The apartments are really small. Their one bedrooms are really studios with a big closet you can sleep in. It gets really really hot. I run my a/c year round no joke. The roaches and whatever else living in the building are so bad the tenants complained so much leaving so many messages with 311 the landlord finally decided to do something once half the units were vacant. He started exterminating once a week. We are on week 3 an still no improvement. Its like they are spraying water. Its a ...apartment building full of single creepy men and old people thats been there forever. The rent keeps increasing, but the only way your getting service is if you complain everyday or if the maintenance men like you. The fridge in my unit broke down 4 times in my stay. They just tape up the problem and give me the same one. Its been around since Abraham. The plumbing has never worked right. the front door is always vandalized, the building is hardly secure so dont fool yourself. And they charge to run an a/c buts its utilities included.
