Refuse to fix issues
March 2, 2020My neighbor moved in to an apartment full of smoke, with 2 kids under 2. They claimed it was just coming from another apartment and wouldn't fix it. She didn't stop fighting and they FINALLY gave her a discount on rent. Then her door and sink were broken. She also had the same issue we did here. Our water temperature will never stay what we set it. No matter the time of day, it stays a normal temp for 5 seconds and is then freezing cold or burning hot. I also have an infant, and we made this ...known to them. They "investigated" and said oops cant fix it sorry. They have told us 3 different stories regarding this. It's been 4 months and still hasnt been fixed. On top of this, she told them not to come in without her there. The maintenance guy went in anyway, and left a tool behind as evidence. We also have neighbors who have complained about similar issues, and even mold that they groaned about fixing. PLEASE dont move here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
