November 18, 2022Elated to have new Management team: Felipe, Melanie, and Ashley, who are very friendly, professional, and attentive to your needs…and they actually answer the office phones, and get things done! I was so impressed with the 24 hr. response time, on a maintenance work order that I requested previously! Stay AWAY! FAR AWAY!
November 11, 2021Do NOT rent from this company. Old owners were great. New owners took over in Oct of 2020. If you like trash being piled up 2-3 days out of week, having to jump through hoops to get pest control (that you are charged for even if you don't use it BTW) and random charges each month because their accountants are a joke apparently, then you might like to live here. The mailboxes got broken into about 7 months ago. Corporate apparently decided there was no need to replace the mailbox because they ...still are torn up months later. Speaking of mail, I can't get anything delivered here. I have to go pick it up at the carrier. Why? Because Corporate came in one day and told the carriers that they weren't accepting packages in the office anymore (despite the fact that on the lease they say that they will provide a place for packages to be delivered). The real kicker? They will change how they charge you in the middle of your lease (going directly against what is on your lease). I was double charged for water on one month. They put it on my bill right before the automatic draft came out. I then ask what is going on. They don't correct it the next month. Instead, they shift to charging 50 percent occupancy and 50 percent square footage the month after. This is a bit of a problem because I live alone. So now my water bill is like 10 dollars more per month. I file a complaint with the PUC. They claim that they just had the dates wrong. This doesn't make sense because the charges for the two bills from Sept were the same amount (from the city)! What happened? Someone just made a mistake. They accidentally charged twice for the same bill. What did they proceed to do? They wanted to punish me for filing a complaint, so they did this for every month they had been owners for. The issue? Again, my lease specifies that they are to charge for only occupancy. This isn't even mentioning the time they tried to charge me twice for rent on the same month. (Like... the bill for the month had two charges for rent.) The office staff is super helpful, but that doesn't mean as much when corporate trips them up around every turn. September 26, 2021Hi , I am a resident off the country club manor and I started to live here since this March, and I am so lucky to be come to live in this company, because the people working here is so kindly and they do caring a lot for the needs of the tenants that living here starting from the office which the lady, Yakie who’s working there. She really doing a very good job taking care of the problems that you may have. With hard working and always trying to do her best to fixing any problems that you may ...have with kindness and caring for all the tenants. So like I said I’m so lucky to live in country club manor, because always taking care of the tenants with professional and respect, and when you need something for your apartment they always there on time , with kindness and respect to take care of any problems that you may have.
