January 20, 2022I’ve called and emailed this place to get more info on a 1bd 1.5bath and have not gotten a call or email back since. It’s been 2 weeks. I really wanted to move here and start a new chapter in life at this complex but I guess this is a sign from God, that i shouldn’t….Property Manager Responded

A place worthy of home!
May 14, 2020I have lived in country Club Apartment for almost 7yrs now and I have no cause for regret whatsoever. The managers are excellent with repairs, and helping you feel like you matter. It’s not an easy thing to find apartment managers who treat you and honour your complaints with respect and expediency. I have transferred from one bedroom to two and it was with ease. The compounds are kept clean. We recently had all the roofs replaced every single one of them. The A/c systems were all serviced all in ...preparation for the summer and this is their custom here at country club. Appliances are all replaced and repaired. I have no single complaint and believe me am very picky but they’ve been wonderful going over and beyond to make everyone feel like a priority . I have recommended friends and family to move in and will continue to do so. I also will not be moving any time soon for this wonderful community have embraced me as family. The fun activities and specials are things I look forward to during the summer. You can’t find a better place in Mesquite or the best caring loving apartment managers where you feel like you have a family around here. Resident of ten years
August 2, 2019Eli is awful at making sure work orders get in. Been here ten years and my toilet has been broken for almost just as long. Roach problems. Claimed to have remodeled recently, but floors are scratched and scuffed. Maintenance does not do routine check ups or anything of the sort. Resident for 5 years
January 4, 2019I lived in these apartments for 5 years and out of all of the managers came and gone Eli is the best property manager they could have ever done to this property..when he says he's going to get it done he gets it done the property is so much better now that he is the manager..you will keep tenants as long as you keep Eli..Also Melissa she's a great person she always understanding and willing to help figure it out and great attitude...Eli and Melissa was what the office needed!!!Review from Apartments.com
