Manager don't do nothing just looks at you crazy. Visitors cars get towed all the time. Toilet overflowed 3 times it was disgusting. Rodents and roaches no matter how many times you call them

The manager at Country Club Pl., Apartments Alexis is just wonderful. She’s very helpful. Any concerns that I’ve had in the past or I have. She is very attentive to any needs or concerns and will definitely handle every issue if any resolved the whole office staff down to the maintenance are wonderful! they’re awesome I definitely recommend country club place apts!

I love our apartment our bedroom is big enough for me and my wife which was always a problem in past places we lived in as I'm in a wheelchair.the ac always keeps us cold during the hot summers and warm during the cold winters .Haven't had any problems while living here as everyone who does live here keeps to them selves ,are respectful and don't really bother you .If we need maintenance they respond quickly and fix it.I like that I'm able to actually use the washer and dryers as I'm in a ...
wheelchair and also like that they have a dog park within the complex cause our dog loves going there where he can run around in the grass as its gated .i feel safe living here as the whole staff is awesome . the Manager Alexis ,the ladies in the office and the maintenance crew are all just A good part of living here and makes u wanna keep living here.

This is a nice place to live .the neighbors are quiet and respectful to each other .Its close to my job ,quick walk to the fiesta ,and they just put in new washers and dryers in the laundry room which is a big plus for me .If I ever have an issue they are quick to resolve it and the maintenance men are responsive,efficient and always nice .They always let you be informed on what's going on in the complex like their community events that they have for the residents or if there is scheduled ...

Applying a month before move in. They took no action on the application, calling them daily after two weeks and still no response. They keep saying their working on it, but their website said it took 1 to 3 days. They're obviously just scamming people for the application fee and not working on it

Whether it be questions about work orders or just simple questions about interior of their units; they staff here at this apartment complex makes their customers confident because of how they handle contracts, work orders, property care and etc. If you not looking for confusion and love clean areas, check these apartments out.

If I could give one piece of advice it would be to STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. They are the worst complex to deal with, from rodents, electrical problems, mold, the front office staff are sometimes unpleasant to deal with it’s just not worth locking yourself in a lease
