Poor management

January 7, 2026I love our apartment our bedroom is big enough for me and my wife which was always a problem in past places we lived in as I'm in a wheelchair.the ac always keeps us cold during the hot summers and warm during the cold winters .Haven't had any problems while living here as everyone who does live here keeps to them selves ,are respectful and don't really bother you .If we need maintenance they respond quickly and fix it.I like that I'm able to actually use the washer and dryers as I'm in a ...wheelchair and also like that they have a dog park within the complex cause our dog loves going there where he can run around in the grass as its gated .i feel safe living here as the whole staff is awesome . the Manager Alexis ,the ladies in the office and the maintenance crew are all just A good part of living here and makes u wanna keep living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 7, 2026This is a nice place to live .the neighbors are quiet and respectful to each other .Its close to my job ,quick walk to the fiesta ,and they just put in new washers and dryers in the laundry room which is a big plus for me .If I ever have an issue they are quick to resolve it and the maintenance men are responsive,efficient and always nice .They always let you be informed on what's going on in the complex like their community events that they have for the residents or if there is scheduled ...maintenance coming up. the manager Alexis is always so nice and helpful and your always able to get a hold of her .she has a good vibe about her and she always greets you with a smile whenever I see her walking the complex .the whole staff here is just awesome and I wouldn't want to live no where else .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 29, 2024Applying a month before move in. They took no action on the application, calling them daily after two weeks and still no response. They keep saying their working on it, but their website said it took 1 to 3 days. They're obviously just scamming people for the application fee and not working on itProperty Manager Responded

October 4, 2022If I could give one piece of advice it would be to STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.
