I've had Roaches since we moved in and still do. I last reported the Roaches 3mths ago and am still waiting for pest control. Emailed the property manager and still nothing. Very disgusted and mad that the building has Roaches still.

The apartments are very nice to live in. You have your own washer & dryer hookups in the units Essentia Hospital is right down the street. Sanford clinic is also walking distance.

The units are decent. Bedrooms are extremely small but living room is spacious. Fix the parking lot pavement and provide sufficient lighting, then I'd give 4 stars.

The management was so nice! They made the entire process easy and fun! There was no complications throughout anything. The neighborhood is really nice and open. Being a full time college student having access to interstate is super handy. Everything was updated in the apartment and everything got done right away! I definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants a first time apartment!

Being honest, I avoided all gold mark properties because youve all heard the stories. However after a walkthrough at country edge, I was blown away and I decided to give them a chance. They have been nothing but perfect. I plan on renewing my lease without any doubts. The maintenance is incredible, the management is so sweet. The price of rent is absolutely incredible for all the amenities you get. I recommend all of my friends here and its great I can choose my neighbors!
