      Overall, the property is functional and livable. We had troubles with our AC system and the air doesn't circulate well to the bedrooms to cool them off either. The grass always gets muddy and water sits when it rains, people also don't pick up after their pets and the pet waste sits full for weeks if not longer at a time. Because we are 3rd on the list (Evans place 1, 2, and 3) things don't always get done - like the parking lot stripes and snow removal. The new maintenance man is really helpful ...
      and does a great job and the rest of the staff is usually very friendly and nice.

      The apartments are decent size and comfortable, the rent is affordable. The maintenance is slow to respond most of the time. The secure access doors get propped open too often and the keys fail to work, or the door will get locked shut.

      I have lived here for 9 years and love it. Here you are close to pretty much everything -shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, bus routes. Manage is very friendly and easy to work with. If you have any oroblem they get them fixed quickly.
