    Flooding During a state of emergency flooding on my apartment porch i called the after hours maintenance line. No answer, i left a message. When they called me back it was a machine that placed me on hold. 3 sandbags is the bare minimum when the office already knew my porch situation months ago. I asked if someone could take a look at the drain before the rainy season starts and they assured me it was being handled. Nothing was fixed. Just bandaid help once the emergency was already happening. I ...
    had to bail put water myself. They brought 4 more sand bags 2 days later. Very disappointing since this problem was brought to their attention months in advance.

    Review you requested after maintenance was done Sorry for delay in sending this review. Walter & Josh were GREAT. They fixed all the items that had FAILED my annual Section8 Inspection on 7/15. (*BTW she just came at 11am 8/13/25, & did the re-inspection & unit is PASSED). Thank you Lilly & Kirsten, (and of course Walter & Josh), I'll be sure to let you know if I need anything else fixed.

    Oven replacement I was promised to have it fix the next day, but it took several days to receive a new one. During the holidays when I needed the oven the most. But he did a great job of installing it once we got it and it works nice, still adjust to this new style from my old one.

    I have an infestation of beetles in my apartment, and I have been bugging them to have it sprayed for over a week. Nothing has been done about it. The people above me are crackheads and fight every night, I have brought this up because it is very disturbing to hear them get physical with each other. It’s dirty in here and the bugs do not help. I asked him to fix my toilet a few days ago because It will not flush and they won’t even return a phone call. I send in Maintenance orders and they close ...
    them without even doing anything with them. The people that run this place must be very young and have never worked in customer service before. They must come from wealthy families because if they lived here they would definitely want the bugs taken care of in their apartment so they don’t have to walk around barefoot with nasty bugs.
