About Country Meadow Residences
Country Meadow is a modern 2 & 3 bedroom apartment home community located on Marlatt Ave in Manhattan, KS, voted 16th best place to live by Livability in 2019, just off Tuttle Creek BLVD (US-24) with Tuttle Creek State Park 9 minutes north and Kansas State University 4 minutes south. The City of Manhattan offers a multitude of shopping options just south, on Tuttle Creek BLVD, of Country Meadow including a Dollar General, just three drive minutes away, a Walmart Supercenter, Dillons and Aldi, plus restaurants, doctors offices, and hospitals, all within a 9-minute drive. In addition to Manhattan’s fantastic local amenities, Country Meadow has many onsite amenities for you to enjoy including a spacious clubhouse, for hosting parties and family events, sparkling swimming pool, children’s playground, basketball court, and laundromat, multiple charcoal grill stations, and picnic areas, all set in a mature landscaped park-like setting for the enjoyment of our residents. All of our apartment homes are neutrally decorated with easy clean white cabinetry throughout and feature large living spaces with a full kitchen equipped with oven/range w/ hood, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and double basin sink with garbage disposal and come complete with washer and dryer connections, carpet, vinyl and window treatments throughout and a private patio or balcony. Our base 876 sq.ft apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, our larger 959 sq.ft 2 bedroom apartment adds a second ensuite bathroom, and finally, our 1137 sq.ft apartment offers 3 bedrooms, including a master suite and two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite master bathroom, see our floorplans page for more information. As a convenience to current and prospective residents, we have onsite leasing professionals available Monday thru Friday, with onsite maintenance available during regular office hours and emergency maintenance on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
