June 9, 2024Even general maintenance is non existent. Maintenance people can only do what is allowed by management. Don't bother complaining. Nothing will be done. Appliances are really old. Apartment entry doors are flimsy and you can see light around them. Community areas of buildings are old, dirty and falling apart.Review from Apartments.com

No sound proofing
August 22, 2018Love the apartment size and everything about it, it’s the building itself that isn’t sound proof at all so you hear every little move someone makes. I don’t have very considerate neighbors so it’s fristrating. Slamming doors at all hours, sounds like elephants walking around. Management is decent and tries to help but not enough. Excellent Place to call hom
June 15, 2016I have lived here a year and recently renewed. Rent is affordable and heat is included which is great. The staff is always helpful and the maintenance calls are done within 24-48 hours usually depending on level of severity. My heat went out late one night and they sent someone over to fix it right away. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part except for loud music or parties that happen rarely, but the office is very good about enforcing a quiet time. All my neighbors are so, so nice. No ...crime that I know of and I like that the outside door has a lock so I feel much safer than past apartments. They also allow two cats so we didn't have to find another place and the cats have to be claw tipped or declawed, we tip ours. The view is amazing in the apartments facing the woods, lots of birds and even deer and rabbits. I really love this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Feels Like Home
August 6, 2015I have lived at Country Park Apartments for 6 years and really like it. When my husband and I got married, we upgraded to a 2 bedroom and have been very happy. We really like our landlord and love spending time at the pool in the summer. We also have a laundry card, so we do not need to save quarters anymore.
