Over the last 5 years I've lived here and have loved it because it's quiet and far enough away from towns loud obnoxious sounds. management and maintenance are great, and they seem to do everything they can to make it a nice place for how old the complex is, and pricing seems somewhat fair maybe a little on the higher side but hey that's just my opinion.

I’m moving into my new apartment this Friday, and let me say I’ve already had a great experience Carrie the property manger was very attentive and quick. Got me approved and situated in no time as I was in a short notice.
Relationships that start off great usually stay on that path. No complaints at all. I’m looking forward to living here.

Living here has been nothing short of great! Finding an apartment in my time of need was hard but Carrie made everything so much easier. She’s literally the best at what she does. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking and a safe and up to date apartment. Never needed maintenance during my stay but they were readily willing and able to assist. Going to miss living here a lot!

These apartments are run down. The communication between tenants and the landlord is non-existent. Sometimes they just come in your apartment with no notice. They do inspections like this is low income housing and will put a notice on your door stating that the inspections will be going on over a THREE WEEK period. They really expect you to keep your pets boarded and your security alarms disabled for three weeks. This place is cheap and that's the only positive.
