Good Affordable Housing
April 29, 2022I have enjoyed living here for almost 2 years. My neighbors are great, scenery and grass areas are beautiful and have very few complaints. Reasoning for only 4 stars: -Petty theft occurs in the parking lots, since there is no gate or cameras, security is at a minimum but I personally have never felt at risk. -Since they are older apartments some things just aren't perfect, like poor insulation, BUT the maintenance that they hire is friendly and timely.Review from Apartments.com
great place outside city of Toledo
August 28, 2020We’ve lived here over 1 year and we have loved it. The price is amazing, especially for 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, with in unit laundry. The only issue we’ve had is that some neighbors aren’t very respectful when it comes to smoking and it’s all day. If you are looking in Toledo, you want to look here.Review from Apartments.com
