Amazing place to live
February 11, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comMy family and I moved here from Indianapolis almost 2 years ago. I was very nervous moving somewhere, I did not know anyone. I immediately meet my wonderful neighbors and who now are great friends. The community is nice and quiet. A lot of us know each other. We get to together quite often. There are a lot of kids around and my kids love their new friends. I absolutely love our townhouse. It has so much storage. Which is wonderful for 3 kids. The garage is a great size. The pool in the ...summer is wonderful. You are not very far from anything. We are minutes from the interstate. I can get to downtown Cincinnati in about 20-25 mins. There are multiple parks extremely close by as well.Read More

August 30, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comFirst of all, 3 bedroom town homes are hard to find. I have been looking for a long time. Found Country Woods but they were all rented. Got a call that one was coming available and I jumped on it. Moved in 8/1/16. I love it. It lives like your own individual home. Spacious and quiet inside. And I have a garage! The management company has been very nice to me throughout the whole process. I love that its close to the highway and I can be at work in 15 minutes. I love my town home.

August 3, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comJust moved into Country Woods Village last month. If you have a problem don't bother calling the number listed, you won't get an answer. The leasing manager can be found by the pool. You'll be able to spot her right away, just look for the woman smoking in the two piece swimsuit. There won't be a walk through so make sure you take pictures of anything you find broken and get it in right away. The moldy, water damaged board under our kitchen sink took over a week to be repaired so get your work ...orders in in a timely manner. Yard/Patio debris clean up from previous tenets is all on you. Also make sure you pack your bread box and plastic bins. You live next to a beautiful field/woods and the view and quiet nature is wonderful. But you'll find it in your kitchen before too long. Three mice and counting with no plan from the manager as to what will be done to deter/find the point of entry. On a financial upside, mouse trap stocks are rising as we have bought 4 in the past week and apparently need more already. 331 days and counting until the lease is up.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

January 22, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThe property manager doesn't do anything. There is literally no parking spots. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. Tracey doesn't ever answer her phone. Apartments are outdated and not cleaned before you move in. We've been here a year and are NOT impressed.

September 18, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comMy husband and I have lived here almost six years. We live in a 2 BDRM apt and love it. These apts are well built and the property is kept up very well. The grounds were greatly improved when Tracy became the manager. She has done a tremendous job. She is always available (unlike prev mgr), she handles all requests with grace and she takes care of all types of issues, whether it be repairs or issues with a neighbor. Although over the years we have had very few problems with neighbors. The ...wooded hills surrounding this property make it both serene, quiet, and beautiful year round. TERRIBLE!!!!!
September 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for about five years with my 2 boys. I never had a good working dishwasher, I complained about it a few times and they never really did anything. I ended up just having to wash everything by hand. My heating/cooling unit never worked very well. In the back bedroom it was hot in the summer and cold in the winter, in the winter I would have to have a space heater in the bathroom at shower time. I never said anything about that, because of past experience I know they would not of done ...anything about it. When we got the new property manager Tracy I was so happy because on her first day there she came and switched out the fridge, the previous manager kept telling me that he called the appliance company and they would be out. My younger boy started getting bullied by her daughter, she was in high school and he was in middle school. I heard her telling him a few times, threatening him and telling him that she would have her mother evict us. I did not mention any of this to the management company because they would not have done anything. They are a very shady company. They started towing people without stickers and not parked in the guest parking, which is excellent but they did also tow someone with a sticker. A friend that lived there was using her parent’s car for a extended period of time and Tracy said she didn’t need a sticker, it would be fine. Tracy called the truck to tow her car out of there. I was recently asked to leave the property for no reason, I only paid my rent late once in the entire 5 years. I was told that they can ask you to leave at anytime on a month to month lease. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks pretty on the outside, but there is a property manager that hates her job and has told me and other tenants several times. There are several other things that I could mention but I don’t want to be redundant.Read More

Parking is never available even though we are required to have permits, cars without are never towed to enforce the visitor parking situation. The on site manager is constantly unavailable to answer or return call and then blames the inability to handle situations on the "stuck up owners". Constant building issues with emergency lights not working and not giving accurate notice for entering apartments when tenants are not home... Stray cats make ...homes on any patio and under / on top of cars nightly... Not worth the aggravation to live here!!!Read More

We have lots of of room for storage, a nice patio and friendly neighbors. The property is very serene and very well taken care of, last winter we had no problems with getting in and out. The new property manager, tracy is always around working hard if you need her for anything. I would definitely recommend Country Woods Village to anyone looking for comfortable, family living.

If I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved quickly and easily. The maintenance guys are very kind and are considerate of my time. I feel safe and I know that the resident manager, Tracy, is keeping an eye on things. She lives here too. I recommend this place to my friends all of the time. I have lived at CWV for two and half years in the apartments. I really like the open floor plan ...and my master bath is awesome! I have a deep sink and a great makeup counter. There is plenty of room for me and I like to entertain every now and then. I love the pool and the clubhouse. The maintenance of the apartment and the grounds is great!Read More
