June 22, 2025Ever since Brookfield Properties acquired the complex, everything has gone downhill. Broken gates, maintenance requests that are not actioned for months, noise issues that are never addressed, trash all over the property, overflowing pet waste stations, grills that have not worked for months… No one at the leasing office ever replies to emails through the portal, no one picks up the phone or return the calls if you leave a voicemail. They simply don’t care. They seem to have hard time holding ...onto employees too as there’s only 1 (ONE) maintenance worker, it’s a shame. I can’t wait to get out of my lease and never have to look back.Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2024Nobody answers my emails! Waiting for a month to have access to the resident portal and after two emails still no answer. I went and personally told them twice—nothing. I see trash that stays for weeks before being picked up. I emailed the office that there are damaged machines in the gym—no change or answer. A bench was stolen from the gym, no replacement. I don’t know why we have cameras there. I emailed them and told them the water filters in the gym are on red for months—nothing. Since the ...new phase opened, there is no gates on that side and I can’t count up to how many cars were stolen or broken into. There so many new beautiful trees in phase two fallen on the ground for weeks and nobody cares. They will just die. I know the maintenance guys are super busy, but I don’t know what the managers do if they don’t see what’s going on in this community. They built more apartments for hundreds of people but we still have one small swimming pool. It was a madness on the weekends.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 3, 2024Amenities are great. Neighbors are friendly. Staff is co-operative. Only issue is with additional apartments added, the community is no longer “gated” and security is not sufficient to keep out intruders.
