Courtyard is a great place to live! The management is incredible, maintenance requests are worked on in a timely manner, and the common areas of the building are kept up with. The location is amazing, with Van Aken being only a few minute walk away!

I am in my second lease renewal and wouldn't want to rent anywhere else. I have even looked at other apartments in the area and they just don't compare. The neighborhood is quiet & safe (there's a fire department and police station nearby), and it's convenient to stores/restaurants. The area is undergoing renovation/construction, but hopefully soon we will reap the benefits of this. Neighbors are kind and caring and all seem to know one another. Management is great to work with- have never had ...

Terrible living option

Neighborhood is a mess right Van Aken District construction...there are only empty storefronts and an overpriced grocery store. Kitchens are new, but done cheaply and cabinets break. Neighbors are loud and constantly fighting, dishwasher flooded with dirty backwash into the kitchen TWICE! Ruben said he would be over to fix it that night....never came, so it sat overnight. In a "no smoking" building, it smelled like old smoke and pot (so much for that fee for the background check they ask for). My ...
fiance's car was broken into, and my bike was stolen (it was locked up and cut through with bolt cutters).
