Great place to live in an ideal location
January 24, 2020The apartments are large and bright. The manager is responsive to maintenance issues and very helpful (and knowledgeable. Wood laminate floors are great. The location is amazing as Sherman Oaks has really grown through the years. They are also in the process of putting up a Whole Foods down the street (walkable) which will be a great addition. The pool is nice and the people who live in the building are also generally good neighbors. All in all, a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Sherman Oaks Courtyard
August 19, 2015I've lived here 3yrs now. It's a quiet complex for young professionals, young families and retired folk. It's not a 20yr old hip party building. Can hear the upstairs neighbors but not usually the side ones. Manager good about responding to repairs. The pool and halls are always clean. The "gym" is a very small room with decent equipment. Coin laundry on each floor and not crowded. It is gated with a security call box door and a night watchman. Underground parking-some tandom and some side by ...side. No guest parking.
