Bad Management
November 5, 2025just now New Things are not what they seem, I moved out of this property because of bad neighbors, roaches, and poor management. I lived here for 7years, never paid rent late, moved out and cleaned the apartment, I am still waiting on my deposit. It’s been over 30 days now!! I bet if I was late on rent I would be sued by now!! I don’t like the way business is ran here!! if you looking to move here, you will have trouble of some kind that’s for sure so keep looking because bad neighbors, bugs, ...dirty hallways and bad management is waiting for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
You get what u pay for
November 15, 2021Ok, so let me first start by saying yes. The price is right! However, u get what u pay for. The upside washer/ dryer hook ups, and ice maker. The down side no side walks to walk your dog and roaches roaches roaches! I have complained 3xs about them so I took care of it myself and then finally the prop manager saw my traps and called for it to get it sprayed. Its not kid friendly. You can hear your neighbors talking ( the walls are very thin)the mailboxes are out of date so are the windows ...and doors.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Enjoyable
July 4, 2020I've been here for about half a year now and I've enjoyed how close it is to the highway and how nice the apartment is for the price. Biggest critique is how thin the walls/ceilings are. I'm fortunate enough to only share a ceiling with a neighbor, but I can hear pretty much every word if we're both in the same room of our respective spaces. Granted, she's a loud lady in general, so it might not be as bad for a regular volume neighbor.Review from Apartments.com

Love this place
December 16, 2015They have been under new management since May 2015 and have been doing a great job. The staff is very friendly and maintenance always comes when needed. I would recommend them to anyone they even have keyless entry so its safer than most places.Review from Apartments.com
