They Do Not Care About You...
August 18, 2023They will not fix anything if it breaks. My AC hasn't worked in over 2 years and they have yet to fix it properly. Dishwasher has never worked. Washer and Dryers rarely work, Dumpster always overflown, Roof leaks, no insulation, 500 dollar light bills, bugs, high turn over rates and they will enter your unit without permission. Poor Management of Applications
August 7, 2023Do not apply here! They showed us an apartment, let us apply for it, and then never returned our calls until they told us it had been leased two weeks prior to someone else. They also never answer calls unless you call through the line for new leasers that have never called before. If you call through the maintenance line, through the tour option, or any other option on the phone, they don’t answer and you’ll wait on hold. We were really excited for that apartment, it really did look beautiful ...when we toured but it’s someone else’s now because they didn’t care enough to keep track of their applicants and we asked them if they had any other open applications on it and they said no.
