It’s a nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. For a $1000+ you’d expect a pool, a gym, more space. No. There are so many apartments in the area that offer more for the same price, or the same thing for less.

It has many shopping centers, hospitals, work out facilities, close to parks and a great variety of restaurants to choose from. The apartments are spacious and renovated.
