Coventry at Waterford Apartments

walking around my apartment while the men were doing the work and in the recording she did get in my face, she was calling me names and making fun of me . I was telling her she was very unprofessional for doing that and she could not do her job ,she threatened to get me evicted and spread it out threats saying "you better be careful!"...whatever that meant, I don't know what for, but if she tries that I guess I will have to fight it because it says nothing in the lease about having a disagreement with the staff and telling them that you want to make sure you are dressed properly and have your pets secure before they just barge in your apartment and refuse to give you at least five minutes to get ready. She was making fun of me and judging me the whole time that the men were doing their jobs that is why I recorded it all. Unfortunately I have to stay here for now but as soon as I can I will move out I will visit the Better Business Bureau and put a complaint in about her. all of the reviews about the staff here are a hundred percent correct, the staff here are very rude. the only staff member that was ever very very nice to me and professional was a girl named Robin and she does not work here anymore and I can see why because she was the only nice one that worked here all of the rest of the women that work here are very judgemental, they give you attitudes, they judge you for asking questions just because you need to ask a question about something.

I told the inspector about it, he looked at it, and said they know that happens, it's normal and I won't be getting a bill for it. Fast forward 3 months and I receive a bill of about $1200 so they took my whole deposit and demanded more mone . The property manager, Pat, is a horrible person and will never talk respectfully to anyone. She's always quick to tell you that the customer is never right and that she can do no wrong. Don't move in her . Don't let a loved one move in here. Don't even let your enemies move here. I could go on and on about how overpriced these places are. Just do yourself a favor and stay far away.
