This used to be a great place to live, not anymore I’ll be leaving as soon as my lease is up. All kinds of new fees with no warning. Constant complaints about the pot stink in the hallways with no action.

Apartments were bought by Crest Capital Management. Their company is absolutely abysmal. They do not respond to email, message, or phone calls and charge fees on top of you paying your rent. Such a shame as the prior landlord was actually good at their job and didn't try to nickel and dime you while also ignoring their tenants.

These apartments are in a very nice neighborhood. The staff is great and maintenance is really good about showing up to fix stuff. My only real complaints are no A/C unit in the bedrooms, and there are trains that loooove to blare their horn as it passes by throughout the days and nights. But I can usually deal with it. Having no pets allowed is kind of a bummer too but it’s not like I had any pets or was in a position to have pets. Other than that, it’s a really nice spot to live.
