Marijuana
May 4, 2020I dont know who gave this complex a 4 star but they must love the marijuana smell here because that all this tenant has been bombard with the whole time I been here. I live in the townhome side and it’s a nightmare trying to rid your home of the awful smell coming from your neighbors home. Good luck getting the office to do anything about it. Of the many times I have complained. It will take an act of god to get them or the police to do anything about it.Property Manager Responded
June 10, 2020I am so sorry for the unpleasant smell you are experiencing. If at any point you smell this please feel free to contact the police department as I have told you to do when you complained. I have acted on your complaint however, I was told no one in that town home smokes marijuana, they claim to burn incense and sage. I can not accuse them of smoking it if I do not catch them in the act that is why I told you to notify the police. It is possible the police can handle it if in fact they are smoking it. I am very sorry you are unhappy and my hope is for that to change.

Don't Waste Your Money!
February 8, 2020I am so happy my lease is ending soon because the manager of these apartments is horrible. You have no privacy as they let themselves in your apartment. The manager is simply a cold hearted and rude individual who will try to rip you off any chance she gets. Have been waiting on both my stove and dishwasher to be fixed for months....but god forbid you have to be late on rent, she will try to take you to court. The property itself is messy and I can promise you the apartment itself is NOT worth ...the money you will be spending.Property Manager Responded
February 14, 2020It is sad that she feels this way as our maintenance guy came into work on a Saturday to replace your refrigerator. If you are having issues in your apartment home you need to contact the office. Our turn around time for maintenance calls is 24 hours or less. Yes, you sign a contract when you move in that clearly states the terms of paying rent on time. When you are late I will charge accordingly. Im not sure about anyone coming into your apartment unannounced but if in fact that did happen I wish you would have called me so I could have checked into it. That is not our policy at all. I have an open door policy so please feel free to stop in the office at any time to talk over your issues.

March 21, 2019Hello I have I just moved in crater square i'm from up north and moved here to Petersburg area and I think that crater square is an amazing property to rent from the ladies in the office are very friendly the maintenance team is usually on top of what needs to be done outside and in . Do not reccommend
June 6, 2018The office manager schedule us to move in on May 18th and we when arrived on that date at 2pm she told us we had to move in on the 25th (we had a 26in U-Haul full of our belongings with us by the way). We moved in on 18th anyway and when we walked inside it was horrendous. Mold on all the blinds, no door on master bedroom, refrigerator was DISGUSTING, no door knob on secondary bedroom or closet, no shower rod or toilet paper holder, there was a tampon applicator in the bathroom sink cabinet and I ...could on and on here. ( a few days later the cleaning company came and cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen) Today is June 6th (it’s been 2 weeks) and we still have no door or door knobs, no toilet paper holders and no blinds and everything else above if we haven’t bought it ourselves . No one has tried to tell us when they were going to get us these things Whenever we go over to office or call the manager tells the lady in the front to tell us she isn’t available, she deliberately avoids us, but still want the rents paid on time. We see the maintenance people working on other people townhomes and it seems they just don’t care about us. Once the lease is up I will not be renewing (I’d rather live in my car) than to stay here another year. DO NOT RENT ANY APPT/TOWNHOMES FROM THIS PLACE ITS HORRIBLE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.
