seriously lol DONT JUST DONT
April 8, 2022Roaches congregate anywhere you could imagine unless you keep your apartment below hospitable conditions for bugs as in 65 degrees or lower ALL the time. Spraying bug bombing etc will not help because they are everywhere. The trash is literally 20 feet from your main door where bums hang around and scavenge. If you’ve never seen Aristocats the Disney movie look no further cuz they are freaking everywhere in this “Gated” but never secure community. People feed cats on their patio and they’re now ...so comfortable with people they may try to go in your house so don’t leave a door cracked while you bring in groceries. And I hope noise is no issue for you because most neighbors are either loud inside consistently or outside causing all kinds of disturbances and don’t call the cops they won’t come for 2-4 hours for noise complaints. I could go on about how they keep raising the late fee for rent not that it’s an issue but the interior of the units are also subpar with bubbling in the floor from water damage or poor paint jobs. Quiet and Clean
September 23, 2015My mother and I recently moved in at Creekside Village in San Bernardino 3 months ago and so far we love it! The maintenance guys are nice and does very good job of taking care of the complex. The staffs are amazing!! Sylvia, Vanessa, and Amber are super nice and helped us made our move easier! Plus side of it is that it is a pet friendly complex.Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2015Pretty good apartment complex pretty cheap pretty good quality. The office doesn't like to answer the phone calls though that's the only bummer. We have called several times to ask them to fix things and they are still never done they put a new front gate and doesn't work and the key fobs they handed out all the tenants don't work.Review from Apartments.com
