October 28, 2022My experience with Creekside only two months in is that they work incredibly hard to make things right for the residents. I worked with Sakina, who has been super helpful and attentive to any concern or questions I might have. The Worst Management and Community
June 5, 2022The bad: Management tries to charge made up fees, will argue with u just because they like arguing even if they are being irrational and illogical, will enter ur apartment without telling u, they do apartment "inspections", they will set up parking signs in the garage without informing ppl then tow ur car after parking in a spot u have been for over a yr, they've slowly dismantled and removed half the gym equipment, mold, bugs and roaches in apartment, they send out rules and policies that don't ...make sense and pick and choose when to enforce them, outdoor parking (of u have a work van or anything taller than 7') is a huge problem they refuse to address, poor communication, community is always at each other's necks constantly in complaint warfare. Avoid this place especially with the ridiculous price they are charging. You will always feel like someone is watching u and they have all the power to charge u whatever they want. The good: u have washer and dryer in unit, apartments feel fairly modern, location is the best feature which it truly is a great location.Property Manager Responded

Management is rude, maintenance half do things, I always ask for maintenance to call before entering in my home and they never call. I had to deal with roaches and other creatures.
