July 31, 2024It is hard to get better than Creekside at Legacy! The apartments feel more like a condo with attached garages, yards and front doors. The finishes are beautiful, the property is very well maintained and maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues! The location could not be better as you are close to all the amenities of Plano with a neighborhood feeling. It is also located on a wonderful walking trail that runs along a beautiful creek! My only complaints would be that because it is an older ...building the energy efficiency is not the best and you can hear everything. June 11, 2024A year ago, I was searching for an apartment remotely and Penny at Creekside at Legacy was fantastic. She took the time to discuss all the details about the different floorplans, and I ultimately chose the Brazo layout because of its spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling, which creates a wonderful sense of openness. My unit had some nice modern updates, including white quartz countertops, wood floors, new carpet, and brand new appliances. It's worth noting that while the building itself is ...from the late 90s, the inside of my unit felt fresh and up-to-date. The townhouse style is a unique perk. It comes with a single-car garage, which is a big plus in this area, and even has extra storage space – a handy feature. The large patio is great for relaxing outdoors. Plus, the big windows bring in tons of natural light throughout the apartment. The community is quiet and well-maintained. The landscaping and pool are always clean. I wish they could keep the clubhouse open longer in the evening, because it appears well-maintained and offers a space for residents to gather. A bonus is the Fetch delivery and valet trash service, which can be convenient. The maintenance team has been incredibly responsive throughout my stay, consistently fixing minor issues within a business day. But more importantly, their work has always been top-notch. They're meticulous in their work, always leaving the repair area clean and functional. It's clear they take pride in the quality of service they provide. If you're relocating to the Plano area and searching for a solid apartment option, then Creekside at Legacy could be a great fit for you. The updated townhouses, quiet community, and especially the responsive and top-notch maintenance team make it a worthwhile consideration.Property Manager Responded
