Thank you to the entire staff for making it a great place to live. I see lots of updating going on with the new ownership which makes it’s even nicer. The grounds are always very nice and clean so it makes me proud to come home.

Disappointed with Management

We like our apartment, BUT, landscaping is very poorly maintained & grounds need a LOT of work. Shrubs were never cut once in all of 2019. Management likes to provide "excuses". Last lease for us.

Great place to live

My family and I are temporarily living here while we we build a house. The apartments are very nice with spacious closets, a nice washer/dryer, and nice kitchen appliances. The pool is awesome, as well as being able to wash your car, or take a walk down their trail that leads to a hidden dog park. I also love being able to walk to nearby businesses in Providence. The staff is also very accommodating.

Angela, Michael and Sharon could not be better. Not only are they great at their jobs, they are truly wonderful people! The apartment is great too. I’m right where I’m supposed to be and I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Creekside at Providence.

Amazing community

We lived at Creekside for 18 months and have zero complaints. Angela and Michael were always wonderful and extremely helpful. Maintenance responds quickly to any requests. The neighborhood is quite and friendly. It was perfect for a family and located within Wilson County School district. The apartments are modern and clean. We highly recommend Creekside to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful Community, Friendly People, Cozy Apartments

My family and I have lived at Creekside for about 5 months and we have had a wonderful experience thus far. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They really go the extra mile to get to know you and are genuinely concerned that your needs are met. We really enjoy the modest size of the neighborhood; the community is much smaller compared to other apartment complexes we've lived in. Additionally, while living near the Providence area offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, and ...

entertainment, Creekside's location also allows for some isolation from the high-traffic area (in comparison to other apartment complexes in the area). Of course, there are always going to be a few tenants that make things I little unpleasant (for example, those who do not consistently clean up after their dogs), but I can't hold that against the company or staff. The tenants come from all walks of life (single, married, families, young, old) and everyone I've come in contact with is extremely polite and orderly. Plus, the staff organizes regular community functions that allow us to come together, share a meal, and get to know one another. The community offers wonderful amenities (playground, dog park, pool. gym, etc.) and the staff always ensure everything is well kept. In my opinion, our apartment shows a great value for the money (again, in comparison to other places we've lived). Beautiful fixtures, high-end appliances (the glass stove top makes clean-up a breeze), large closets, and beautiful hardwood floors (on ground-level apartments). Of course, things are bound to break and need repair, and the maintenance crew is there in less than 24 hrs (sometimes the same day) to assist. Thank you Michael, Angela, Shannon, and crew for all that you do. We've truly enjoyed our time, so far, at Creekside.
