Good maintenance technician
January 28, 2026I had a water leak that was coming from the wall base . Reported it and maintenance came and discovered my drain pipe was cracked in two places. He repaired it in a timely manner and cleaned up after he finished. Very nice and courteous and professional. The office personnel are friendly and nice and they go out of their way to help you.Property Manager Responded

Apartment visit
May 22, 2025I had the privilege of meeting Yahaira and she was very, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and willing to answer all my questions as well write the information down on their brochures. The unit I saw was very clean, appliances looked in good shape, cabinets are warm and are on the list to have this unit updated with new cabinets, linoleum in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room this year. October 29, 2024It started off okay. However they have a horrible roach infestation. And even with spraying every week could not get under control. I also had issues with a large beehive that my neighbors and I complained about constantly. The bees would get into my apartment often. Maintenance was also terrible, they came to fix something it my house and left a large hole for months! Eventually mice started coming through that hole. And began chewing up the floors and carpets. I requested an exterminator and ...they sent the guy that sprays for roaches. Amenities are also bad. Pool was very rarely open. The fitness room was trashed and had a strong smoke odor. None of the machines worked Please stay away from this placeProperty Manager Responded

helpful staff but unclean and faulty amenities
July 12, 2024The front desk is receptive but upon moving in the apartment had not been cleaned and had mold in the fridge and leftover paint guards had been left in the shower. On top of that the place is infested with roaches and the entire left side of the stove doesn't work at all.
