January 22, 2026Welp! We've only been here about two weeks or so but honestly I know we're just gonna have the best year here. The leasing office people were just like nice and nice to talk to. The location was really important to me/us. I'm from Boston so I'm super used to like cleaner air and trees and parks everywhere. Not a surplus of that going on here so I was elated to move near a park. Depending on what kind of food snob I'm being that day, there's a few grocery stores to choose from. Mailbox security ...was an issue at a couple so I was very happy to see nothing crowbarred off the walls lololProperty Manager Responded

December 24, 2025Rats, water damage, mold, ac issues (has had to be repaired multiple times, refuse to replace it), hole where rats come in still not closed off, takes months for things to be repaired and still nothing has happened. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2025The Creole on Yorktown has been a wonderful experience the last several years. As time goes on, the management continues to uplift the building along with the tenants. There is much gratification received while living at such a peaceful, private, yet well knitted sense of community here. October 1, 2025I have been living at this property for more than 20 years. It had it’s up and down. Johnny is doing a good job upgrading everything.we need to make this property more cleaner. we need someone to always clean all the hallways in the buildings. and we need someone always walking throughout the property.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025It’s been a while we had issues for the second term of our contract with Air conditioning not cooling. The team has clearly identified the issue and replaced entire AC unit. Jeff and team were so quick to call me. Thanks Jeff and Kathy. A quick future note on AC: specifically living on upper units tenants may feel hotter during heat waves. If ACs are not responding well then let’s try to change the system by going back to the time it was installed maybe 10 years? So that, kids and parents ...angry moms dads sleep well and get ready to recharge for next day life surprises. If we do this we help reduce some anxieties and lift up some energy instead.
