March 16, 2026The community has multiple issues to be resolved. The apartments are older and has roaches , water leaking problems, electricity problems, security issues, cleanliness issues, elevator problems , noise complaints and the list goes on. January 22, 2026Welp! We've only been here about two weeks or so but honestly I know we're just gonna have the best year here. The leasing office people were just like nice and nice to talk to. The location was really important to me/us. I'm from Boston so I'm super used to like cleaner air and trees and parks everywhere. Not a surplus of that going on here so I was elated to move near a park. Depending on what kind of food snob I'm being that day, there's a few grocery stores to choose from. Mailbox security ...was an issue at a couple so I was very happy to see nothing crowbarred off the walls lololProperty Manager Responded

December 24, 2025Rats, water damage, mold, ac issues (has had to be repaired multiple times, refuse to replace it), hole where rats come in still not closed off, takes months for things to be repaired and still nothing has happened. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!Property Manager Responded

There is much gratification received while living at such a peaceful, private, yet well knitted sense of community here. Johnny is doing a good job upgrading everything.we need to make this property more cleaner. we need someone to always clean all the hallways in the buildings. and we need someone always walking throughout the property.Property Manager Responded
