The neighborhood in general is beautiful. I have left Crescent Park to other apartments in the past but returned because none have compared. The leasing office staff have been more than accommodating and are always friendly and approachable aside from some brief issues as far as maintenance delays. The grounds are in good condition, it is usually a quiet place except for holidays and landscaping time. Walls seem pretty thin as we can hear neighbors to the side and below us really well (we're 3rd floor) talking, walking and slamming cupboards. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. We're located in north Eugene in an area with bus service, a Winco, and pubs within walking distance. I felt bad having to call her SO many times in a day or two span to figure everything I needed out on such a short timeframe. She was incredibly understanding and never made me feel dumb for anything I needed. She's absolutely awesome and whatever you are paying her probably isn't enough for the work she does. The community is wonderful so far, the neighbors I have met so far are the nicest people on the planet. The leasing and move in process was easy, the ...unit is nice. I really appreciate the work that goes into this place. The surrounding area is incredibly nice. I like that I'm not right at the university but I still have all the stores and resources I need nearby, but the university also isn't too far away.
