    Love the 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment. The landscaping at Crescent Park and the maintenance of it are super nice. Dog friendly, yes. The ages of the residents are diverse and does not lend itself to a feeling of community. Neither does the frequest turnover of residents.

    Overall I absolutely love living at Crescent Park. The floorplans are beautiful stores and other amenities are extremely close. The neighborhood in general is beautiful. I have left Crescent Park to other apartments in the past but returned because none have compared. The leasing office staff have been more than accommodating and are always friendly and approachable aside from some brief issues as far as maintenance delays. This place has been an absolutely wonderful to live at.

    Nice and spacious rooms, big windows, quality appliances. The grounds are in good condition, it is usually a quiet place except for holidays and landscaping time. Walls seem pretty thin as we can hear neighbors to the side and below us really well (we're 3rd floor) talking, walking and slamming cupboards. Overall they're nice apartments for the price.

    The community is close to most everything. Highway I 5 and the Beltline is all within a few blocks. Restaurants are within walking distance, and shopping as well. A new community Park is also close by.

    The apartment complex is very well maintained and clean, residents are nice and friendly. The apartment itself was cleaned, however our garbage disposal doesn’t work for some reason.

    I've been a resident of Crescent Park Apartments since 2004 and continue to enjoy living here. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. We're located in north Eugene in an area with bus service, a Winco, and pubs within walking distance. I highly recommend Crescent Park Apartments in Eugene, Oregon.

    The staff is very responsive and professional. If I have any concerns, or issues, the employees are very helpful. The grounds are kept in a park like atmosphere, and I enjoy living here.

    Adriana is an absolute pleasure. I felt bad having to call her SO many times in a day or two span to figure everything I needed out on such a short timeframe. She was incredibly understanding and never made me feel dumb for anything I needed. She's absolutely awesome and whatever you are paying her probably isn't enough for the work she does. The community is wonderful so far, the neighbors I have met so far are the nicest people on the planet. The leasing and move in process was easy, the ...
    unit is nice. I really appreciate the work that goes into this place. The surrounding area is incredibly nice. I like that I'm not right at the university but I still have all the stores and resources I need nearby, but the university also isn't too far away. Couldn't be happier with my experience so far.
