Trash and spills that aren't cleaned up. Broken garage gates that take 4 months to fix. The list goes on. Live literally anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

Faulty appliances, mold issues, poor management, small apartments with awful layouts, loud and non functioning exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Also, they are constantly “testing” the fire alarm systems. Do not rent from them or any AIMCO property.Property Manager Responded

October 12, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment building is awful. The company that runs it (aimco) and their staff are authoritatian and impossible to live with. It's just got worse and worse. They arbitrarily reassigned my parking spot and moved me to a new space further away from the front door, the fans the bathrooms here don't even vent to the outside or clear the smell. It's disgusting. They are constantly doing unit inspections. Their security is really sketchy. I once was followed in and around the block by an ...intruder. Theres no trash chutes and the elevators are always in disrepair. There's always a smell around the place. Half the gym equipment doesn't work. The pool hurts my skin whatever chemicals they use. Seriously don't ever consider renting here or from this awful management company.Read More

It's the best value in the neighborhood!
