Apartments are nice but appliances need to be updated. I’m not sure who thought about removing the carpet in all apartments but when doing that it removed the sound barrier between apartments. Now you hear every movement the tenants above make and then it make the items on the walls shake. As far as safety, it’s ok I guess. The only downside to that is they are handling out HUGE parking stickers which to me make every tenant very vulnerable. Apartments complex has to start thinking about ...
the safety of the property and tenants. Since the gate starts broken and it’s not really securing the tenants, take the money they are spending on that to give every tenants hang tag decals like the ones who has for reserve parking. As a community, this property has to do better when it comes to safety. Let me just say, when the parking decal was small and red, it was sooooo much better because it didn’t list the property complex company name on it and it didn’t take up your whole window.

Crescent at Wolfchase has the high rating that is deserved. The maintenance crew are nice and fast at what they do. Pest control comes every Tuesday and they explain what they’re going to do before they begin. Their grass is always low and the neighbors around the complex are clean and mostly quiet. I would give this spot a over all 10/10.
