Best hidden gem in Miami Beach
August 29, 2022I've lived here 5 months, and it has been fantastic. Great maintenance team, always quick & responsive. Elevator has worked every day I have been here. Management is great, property is kept clean by a company daily. Gated parking in this area is RARE, so having a spot is great. Quiet, friendly neighborhood filled full of families and young professionals. Need I mention a 5 minute walk to the BEST beach in Miami Beach? By far the most tranquil stretch of beach around, but yet close to so much ...action down on 75th. Ignore that other post, this property has changed for the best!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst building I’ve ever lived in in my entire life
August 23, 2020Elevator was broken 85% of time not to mention the certificate from City of Miami Beach is expired as of 2016. Water leaks occurred every month to where maintenance would come in unannounced even if you were sleeping and come into your room. Building has mold they cover up. The animals they let in this building are vicious and not maintained. Witnesses a dog attack a human in the building. Oh and front gates never work. Also roofing company left damage to my car and had 6 nails in my tires.Review from Apartments.com
