Overall, management was good about repairs. It took them a week to fix my AC. I lived here for 2 years. At move out, they recommend to hire Cindy for cleaning which I did and paid her $200 To clean everything and she guaranteed her work to their standards. However they still deducted money from my security deposit for small things that were present on movein. Shampooing carpets and paint is the landlords responsibility prior to having new tenants move in however they will charge you for it. I’ve ...

Received a letter in the mail after moving requesting 1,200 for carpet replacement, saying it smelled of "urine". We had absolutely no pets or children living with us. Carpet wasn't new & had rips in it when we first moved in. Also, hope you can clean with precision! Was charged for dust left behind & smudges. Good luck to anyone who moves/leaves here...

Very nice, one of the cheaper apartment rentals available in Bridgeport without sacrificing high standards for cleanliness and modern conveniences.swimming pool and gym definitely a plus! Good customer service. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space. Beautiful vaulted ceilings on second floor units.
Good place to live if you don't want your security deposit back

They're decent apartments but when it's time to leave, they give you a 3 page long list of items to clean in your apartment. I did every single item and it took me two days to do it. I thought it looked just as clean as when I moved in. But when I got my security deposit back 2 months later, they took $500 dollars from my deposit. After looking at their report, they listed items that were unacceptable that I mentioned were wrong with the apartment when I first moved in. And the majority of ...
the "unacceptable" items were because of dust. They even took money from me because of a smudge on a door handle!! I guess my cleaning isn't pristine enough for them.
