Not a place you want to be
April 23, 2023I'd give zero stars if I could. These apartments are cheap until your rent gets raised $50-$100 every year. The crime here is insane, the landlord doesn't filter tenants, and all types of bugs are a constant problem. They have a hard time keeping maintenance people that will stay. Unless you have no other options it's best to avoid this place. If you move here, lock your doors and keep them locked. If you order Amazon a lot, your packages end up stolen unless you're right there at the door.Review from Apartments.com
The land manager won't fix anything
May 17, 2022Loudest neighbors I've ever encountered, no heat, no air, plumbing issues, and a land manager that says he'll do something and then blows you off, this place has turned into a slumReview from Apartments.com
