Bad Management
September 21, 2016
The location is great with Fremont nearby and bus stops that go downtown. The main complaint I have is with the management. They are not responsive to questions and their phone number just forwards calls to a voice mail box. The owners are elusive, and the property managers are not respectful of your concerns. They are completely unforgiving on rent late fees (even if the due date lands on a Sunday). Also, they are very stingy with the security deposit so if you decide to live here, don't expect ...
to ever get that back. I wish I had known that so I wouldn't have wasted hours trying to get that place clean.
