I am honestly so shocked that I couldn’t not find one review about the pest issue here at these apartments. Every neighborhood that I’ve spoken to has also had these issues I feel as though I was tricked into thinking these would be great apartments to live in. Also in the winter there was scratching in my wall sounded like a rat, so absolutely disgusted with these apartments don’t move here. Unfortunately it sucks that the manager is a nice guy but doesn’t excuse the fact that either there is ...

We've been in our apartment for two months now and we absolutely love it. The manager is very attentive, easy to get along with, and very understanding. The new apartments are beautiful and really feel like home. The washer and dryers being in the units are very convenient and the apartment complex itself is quiet. I would recommend this place to every one!

I can not speak to how the apartments were managed before I started in 2018, or before the new ownership purchased the property in 2017, but I'm very sorry that you had such a bad experience. I can tell you today that all of the apartments have been fully renovated over the last few years, and our maintenance team is top notch, and very responsive. I'm confident that if you were to live here today, you would have a much different experience.
