Do not move here! Worst apartments EVER
July 23, 2024Please do not move here! I ignored the reviews and I regret it. They will catfish you with an apartment that looks beautiful during the tour but what you actually get is nothing like the what was shown. They are roach infested, the gate is always open. I lived there for 2 years and my downstairs toilet for broken for half the time I was living there. These apartments are very money hungry and that’s all that they care about. 10/10, do not recommend!!Property Manager Responded

Feral Cats everywhere
February 17, 2023The feral cats are out of control. They are a nuscince. I pay for a parking spot to protect my work truck from rain and have a cover over my truck and they keep pissing on it and using it as a home. People in the apartments feed them and they continue multiplying, I know a new litter is born every 4-6months. They live mainly by the trash. They are driving me insane. I used to love living here. I do love the area, the apartments hold up well during floods and hurricanes. Glad the finally fixed the ...hot water heater. Sometimes there be trash around which is crappy. Maintenance has improved since previous management but still a lot of work needed to fix the community. Have lived here since 2015. I might renew my lease one more year due to inflation and I hate moving but I do want to moveProperty Manager Responded

Poor management and upkeeping
December 23, 2021They only care about collecting the rent money on time. The office staff is rude and unprofessional.They do not answer the phone or address maintenance request.
