Dogs bark a lot
September 8, 2025Its a decent place to live but beware... dogs bark a lot here. if you don't want to listen to dogs barking 24x7 this isn't the place for you. It's a dog community and part of living here is multiple dogs continuously barking. each apartment is allowed three dogs.. add it up and that is a lot of barking.Property Manager Responded

Excited!!
September 6, 2025I got to tour with Brettlee- she was so kind and made me instantly feel comfortable. I believe the people you encounter at the front tell you a lot about the apartment complex. She answered all of my questions and took so much time to make sure I found what I wanted! I love the complex- it feels so homey and I love how much they love dogs. So happy to be moving back!
August 11, 2025Lived at this complex previously and now that we moved back to TX we knew we needed to get back in here. The parking availability, quiet neighbors, and all the shops/resturants surrounding the area make it a great location to live. Not to mention fur baby parents have a lot of amenities to use for our pets like a trail around the property and dog washing station. We toured apartments to find the perfect one with Brettlee and she was amazing! She had no problem touring multiple units with us and ...was hilarious and full of energy. This place is a joke
April 30, 2025This location is a complete and utter joke and I would only recommend if you enjoy dumpsters that are overflowing into the streets, roaches present everywhere when walking the parking lot and sidewalk at night, maintenance that is never tended to until you threaten, email communication that is invalid and complete lies - such as 'dna testing has shown this is your pets waste' and yet you have not lived on the property for MONTHS, in addition to overall poor performance in every facet. Fidus Day Care mad our lives better
March 10, 2025I give them 5 stars not because they are perfect, but because of the vision and the obvious movement in the right direction. The concept is new and fresh and has bloomed from the hearts of dog lovers that are human. With that come the pains of learning, growing and adjusting. The current staff are kind and compassionate to my sweet puppies individual needs and they have all been willing to not only accommodate my desires for my pets but are loving enough to want the same thing for them. Management Doesn't Do their Job!
February 13, 2025If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at Dane Park Grapevine has been a nightmare since I moved in at the end of December. The leasing team puts on a great show when you're interested in renting, but once you're a resident, their concern disappears. The response time for maintenance requests is unacceptable, and getting any kind of response via email is nearly impossible. Here are just some of the issues I've faced since moving in: -My lease wasn’t countersigned until after I had already ...moved in. -I’m paying for a tech package that I haven’t fully received. -The porch potty wasn't connected. -My dishwasher didn't have a rack when I moved in. This shows they couldn't have been bothered to do a pre-movein inspection before I got here. -Multiple electrical outlets were inoperative. -The stovetop and oven didn’t work. -All amenities and side gates were inaccessible for nearly a month, yet I was still charged the amenities fee with no clear explanation. -They frequently lose things, which is why I now rely on email communication for documentation. -The RPM corporate office is useless—they redirect calls and ignore voicemails. (Considering I left the Regional Manager and VP voicemails and have yet to hear back) My advice? Avoid this place. Dangerous Wildlife and Mismanagement
January 15, 2025During our years living here at Dane Park Grapevine we have gone through 3 management companies, countless rude office staff, rats, raccoons, and copperhead snakes. It is borderline unethical how this property advertises itself as a haven for pets when multiple pets have had to be rushed to the emergency vet for copperheads bites. No matter how often the issues are raised regarding steps to be taken to better protect residents and our fur babies there is still nothing done. Every few months the ...trash situation becomes dire, attracting rats, and in turn attracting copperhead snakes May through November. In my opinion this is a dangerous property that prioritizes looking as pet friendly as possible while acting with complete disregard to pet and resident safety.Property Manager Responded

High Recommend Dane Park
November 7, 2024Dane Park has been nothing but wonderful. They have a dog care service that will pick up my dog in the mornings when I leave for work. They are even able to return them before I’m able to get home during the day. Super convenient to have and my dog loves them. Never knew such a thing would even exist within an apartment complex before Dane Park. Highly Recommend!
November 7, 2024I love hanging out in the lounge area sometimes for game nights; especially when I have friends over. Such a nice, calm, and laid back area to be (along with the free wine). On another note, the people in the office are very nice. I never need much from them, but anytime I come across them they are always positive and ask how I am doing. It’s the little things they do that make this place feel even more like home. One person in particular I like his name is Foster.
