      I have never been lied to and gaslit as much as I have with the management here. The pond is always green. There are huge dead trees in the pond and the deck is rotting and falling in to the pond. None of the equipment in the *fitness room* has ever worked in the 9 months i have lived here. The laundry facility has been shut down since before I moved in 9 months ago. My apartment always smells like mildew. My air conditioner has frozen up 5 tines in the last 4 months.       Rent is too high to deal with a place that should have been renovated years ago. Repairs they get to are only a bandaid and they paint and caulk over mistakes. Bottom units flood during heavy rain. Bad plumbing, bad carpentry. Water bug infestation.

      This is the WORST apartments to live in. The rent does not add up to the service or the accommodations. They are like months behind on repairs. There is mold in the restrooms. The plumbing- is unreliable, prepare to take cold showers in the winter. The AC literally didn't work in any of the buildings on my side of the property all summer long. The apartment manager is lazy and just plan rude. For example, she called me over a month ago to argue with me about moving things from the balcony, saying ...

      complex is infested with rats living in the walls. New owners are not helpful when it comes to issues. I have experience multiple rats in my unit. When brought to management attention, the only response I have been giving is ACE pest control will come out to treat pest problem. I have had an total of 6 rats in my unit. At one point I could hear rats in the walls. I have been forced to leave my home due to rats. The apartment complex hasn't been aggressive in treating the pest problem. I have had ...

      The curb appeal and location of these apartments is great. However it seems that looks can be deceiving. These are older building and everything is falling apart. The property manager only patches up issues. I see slight improvements but it will take a lot of time and money to get the buildings up to date. There are clear structural and foundation problems. I've been a resident here for 2 years now.
