They make everything seem great with pictures , but it's disgusting. Property manager is awfully rude if she doesnt like you. They gave someone out house key to do maintenance that wasnt for us. They walk in your house, pool is always gross slimy and full of algae. It's not salt water btw. Smoke alarms have always been sensitive and go off at odd hours. Hot water doesnt last a shower. My kids were playing and we went in to grab something and the property manager came out took all their toys and
...broke their sticks and yelled at me. Told me to behave cause I had kids. The security gate rarely works, and valet trash is a joke. If they dont pickup and your trash is left outside , you'll get fined. Not worth the stress . STAY AWAY. we moved from california and were to move in on the 10th. They weren't ready for us and said they had us coming on the 18th , first lie. Then had us squat in an empty apartment for 2 weeks. Then tried to put carpet in the apartment when we were paying for wood. Then the place was F I L T H Y . there were cob webs and old bandaids and dust everywhere. This was the height of the pandemic. No one wore masks. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Stay away.
