If I could, I would give this complex less than one star. MICE and bugs everywhere! My belongings have been ruined consistently because of these rodents and I am not the only one. DO NOT live here. There is pure disregard and carelessness for upkeep . Also, I was told that there would be a laundry facility, but to no surprise there is nothing! Just great when you have children under the age of 2!

I moved to Southgreen in January of 2014. Was able to transfer from an upstairs apartment to a downstairs when new manager came in 2017, she helped me get it downstairs due to my leg condition. I don’t drive so I’m glad it’s near the grocery store and bus line go get to my doctors appointment.

I love living at Southgreen, my entire family lives here too. I dont drive so I'm glad everything is near my home. Maintenance always fix my problems. Manager helps me pay bills. She very nice. I recommend Southgreen home to anyone who wants a white neighborhood.

I have been living at Southgreen since 2012. I'm not going to say it's been perfect, but it's been accommodating, safe and most importantly the help from the staff. Only suggestions will be covering the pot holes, going back to the card operating laundry machines and better landscaping.

First off, there are bugs everywhere. You can't get maintenance out for anything. It took us two days to get a hold of the landlord to get our AC fixed. The pool hasn't been fixed in two years. overall, this is just not a great place to live.
