Un desastre de administración..
April 12, 2019Esta gente son buenisimos cobrando la renta. Llevo 6 años aca y nunca les e pagado tarde y eso no es suficiente para ellos. He reportado mi bañera por un año aproximadamente por que se esta carapelando y nunca me la arreglan. Tube que pagar para que la repararan ahora esta igual la otra bañera la reporte y nada hasta que la Manager no de el ok no arreglan nada va aproximadamente un mes. Ellos invierten mucho en areas verdes en la cara del complejo pero los apartamentos por dentro son tan ...viejos que los gavinetes (muebles de la cocina) son horrible y tienen polilla ko se dejen engañar por las fotos del apartamento modelo nada que ver con la realidad y manteniento de los apartamentos que rentas. Muy Mala admiración peor que los que estaban anteriormente.. pienselo 2 veces antes de rentar aqui ahora si quiere tener un apartamento no muy buen cuidados esta es tu opción..Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2017I have been here 4 years as of December 13, 2017. It has changed ownership twice. The two previous management companies were horrendous, Mosaic being the last. The new managers/company are fantastic. There has been a complete reversal of customer service and business ethics. Renovations began immediately, not just cosmetics but functional replacements. I had visited with 9 managers over my time here to fix problems that are/were 4 years old, I visited with the David and Elvia (the managers) and ...they resolved and are resolving those concerns swiftly! I gotta say I had been promised 9 times that things would be remedied and the 10th time was the charm, things have changed for the better. I enjoy the small amount of units here (124), one drive in and out, it is surrounded by a church on one side, fields on two and a nice neighborhood on the other, Tomball police/fire is within a mile, easy access to everything! I just wish this management company had been here the entire 4 years! I predict after the new property owners are finished upgrading it will be one of the premier apartments in Tomball to live in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Property management IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!
January 19, 2017I moved here about a year ago and the property management was so helpful! Our move in was quick and easy and she even knocked off $100 on the monthly rent. Sounds good right? YEAH UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT came in!!!! They are rude, they suck up every penny you have!!! And they even went into our home and took our TV. READ THE LEASE BEFORE SIGNING!!!! rent is due on the 3rd I called multiple times to resolves a situation that was going on and NO ONE ANSWERS, after nearly a year of ON TIME PAYMENTS ...next thing you know our TV is gone and THEY DO NOT TELL YOU until you call the cops and make a huge ordeal. August 11, 2015This property is attempting a makeover. Some of the units have been made over but the workmanship is iffy. Brand new paint peeling off the walls, brand new fixtures on sinks that are past their prime etc... Security looks to be a priority, except the gates never close and locks on security gates are broken. Property has a pool and club house that are closed more often than open.
