They will charge you for hidden defects in the apartment when your lease ends and when you ask for proof of damage, they will hide behind tenant privacy concerns and threaten collections. They were fine before but management has ruined the property. Do not lease here.

Our team works to conduct inspections consistently and in accordance with lease terms and documented property conditions. When damages are identified, supporting documentation is reviewed with residents as part of the move-out process. While we strive to be as transparent as possible, we are unable to share records or documentation related to other residents due to privacy requirements.
We remain committed to treating all residents fairly and applying our policies consistently.
