If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The management is a complete joke and their communication is poor. I wouldn't recommend Crossroads apartment to anyone!

I have so far lived here for 6 years. The location is fantastic. But over time the residents grew more careless (extremely loud music, police activity, yelling) and the place is not as comfortable as it used to be. The apartment managers are friendly but appear not to do much to address issues.

I've lived at this place for two years. The staff are super friendly and the property is always taken care of. The only complaints I've had are the neighbors. There constantly sitting out on the porch smoking and spitting. The apartments have sent notices out letting the people know they will fine you for smoking but yet they continue and its gross.

Everything about this apartment is good, the only two problems I have is that they changed things last minute without giving us at least a month in advance notice. Also my parking space is way too far from my apartment building and I live at the top floor, so not only do I have to walk far from my parking, but I have to walk up 3 flight of stairs.
