These apartments were not built right from the start so the problems were already in the units when people began moving in. This could've been a nice place to call home but with a manager who wouldn't do much and ignored work orders along with her brother who was the maintenance man but didn't have much knowledge of what he was doing let the entire complex just get worse. One building began sinking and sheet rock was tearing from walls, moisture and leaks caused black mold in some units and the ...
list goes on and on. There are too many issues here and even though the original manager and maintenance man were fired the new manager isn't doing anything either so the problems continue. If you're thinking about moving here don't!

The staff on this property is everything. Great employees, great property, and lovely view. Everything is in order, and everything is well kept up. Stella and Greg are very wonderful people, and they're always willing to make everything the way it should be! I absolutely love this place. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars.
