My experience here was terrible. Broken things that never got fixed, not friendly people, terrible management. I don’t know why this place isn’t shut down/ torn down.

This is a great property to live in. There is an indoor pool, on-site maintenance and property management to help with any needs, and the people who run it actually care about their tenants.

Building is in need of some tender loving care, especially the exteriors (landscaping, etc.). Hallways could be spruced up but pool in the lower level is a definite plus. In earlier days, this was a senior citizens complex and would be wonderful to be so again.
