September 25, 2015it's a very colorful apartments it has a lot of room has washer and dryer hook ups and also washer and dryer on site. the bathrooms are big and so are the bedrooms. the living room and dinning room are in the same room. there are 3 levels on this building and 140 units lots of parking spaces dog friendly. pool side and a great lake that you can walk or run, feed the ducks and go fishing. we also have a storage in the back patio that comes with all apts. we are close to a lot of shopping centers ...and out to eat places. they also have 1 bedroom apartments too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Well taken care of residents and property
September 1, 2015Nothing but good things to say about this property. We rent a two bedroom on the first floor for a year. We always had good parking, I felt safe, the management was friendly. Any time we had an issue, it was taken care of same day or next day. We did have a small problem with spiders, but they sprayed and it was controlled. We were close to the pool and just a wall to the lake and playground. The only negative I would say is that it is supposed to be a gated property, but the gate wasn't working ...the majority of the time I lived there. August 18, 2015I really enjoy living here. And has a nice view of a pond and you can fish!(Catch an release of course) very family friendly place with a playground and dog park. August 18, 2015I love Crown Chase Apartments. Every time I put a work order or have a question the problem is quickly taken care of. The lady that signed us up for our year lease was nothing but helpful and kind. The gated entrance is akward and crowded for people coming and going. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. Crown Chase Apartments Wichita
August 14, 2015I've lived in these apartments for 6 months now. I like where I live, the Apartments are roomy, they are laid out nicely, the kitchen has great storage and cabinet room. The closet's are big and hold a lot of clothes. The storage space off the balcony is a nice thing to have. The grounds are nice and kept up very well. Anytime I have a problem and put in a maintenance request it is taken care of promptly. The office staff and maintenance guys are very nice and helpful. I feel fairly safe ...here however the parking is a issue for me. I'm a single woman living alone and when I get home late there is no parking close to my apartment. I usually have to park out by the entrance to the building, It's kind of scary walking in at night. The gates at the front entrance don't always work and are easy to get through if you are patient and wait for someone else to come through, which means anyone can get in if they want to. Spiders have been very visible inside and out however they say the spray. I have had to have my toilets snaked out 4 or 5 times in 6 months. They seem to clog very often. August 1, 2015The apartments in our community are gorgeous! They have complete kitchens with built in microwaves, self cleaning ovens, garbage disposals, and dishwashers. All apartments also come with fireplaces, w/d connections, and patios or balconies. Huge bathrooms complete the beautiful apartments. The amenities include, 24 hr fitness, 24 hr on-site laundry facilities, business center, swimming pool, and 2 security gates. The maintenance crew is outstanding and is on call 24/7 for emergencies. Also, ...at the back of the property is a beautiful with a walking path all the way around it, and also a fenced in doggie park. Anyone would be crazy not to live here.
